1) Order Processing

Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Pre-order or back-order items will display estimated dispatch dates on the product page.
2) Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer standard and express courier options at checkout (fees shown before payment).

Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly displayed on the website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
3) Delivery Timeframes

Standard: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Express: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
4) Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after pickup by the courier.
5) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Need to change the address? Email support@foundori.com before your order ships.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier first, then our team with the case reference.

Failed delivery due to an incomplete/incorrect address may result in reshipment fees.
6) Split Shipments

To deliver faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each parcel.
7) International Shipping (if enabled)

Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.

Delivery times do not include customs clearance delays.
8) Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the courier returns a package as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, delivery attempts exceeded), we’ll contact you to reship (additional shipping fee may apply) or refund the product cost minus shipping.
9) Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and contact support@foundori.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.
10) Holidays & Peak Seasons

During sales or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll communicate any notable delays on-site or via email.
