Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Pre-order or back-order items will display estimated dispatch dates on the product page.

2) Shipping Methods & Fees

  • We offer standard and express courier options at checkout (fees shown before payment).

  • Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly displayed on the website.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

3) Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

4) Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after pickup by the courier.

5) Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Need to change the address? Email support@foundori.com before your order ships.

  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the courier first, then our team with the case reference.

  • Failed delivery due to an incomplete/incorrect address may result in reshipment fees.

6) Split Shipments

  • To deliver faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each parcel.

7) International Shipping (if enabled)

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.

  • Delivery times do not include customs clearance delays.

8) Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • If the courier returns a package as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, delivery attempts exceeded), we’ll contact you to reship (additional shipping fee may apply) or refund the product cost minus shipping.

9) Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and contact support@foundori.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.

10) Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • During sales or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll communicate any notable delays on-site or via email.
