At Foundori, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Please note that some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

Beauty, skincare, and personal care products

Food and beverage items (including energy drinks and snacks)

Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@foundori.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
Once approved, you’ll need to send the product back in its original packaging and unused condition.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund first, and then place a new order once the refund is processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@foundori.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order will follow our standard return process.
